Ashwagandha Properties:

  2. Aids in enhancing focus and mental performance and has a ginseng-like effect.

  4. Helps to prevent premature aging (antioxidant effect)
  5. Boosts immunity

Ashwagandha can be consumed as a tea, a powder, or a pill. The maximum dosage advised in any format is 3 grammes, and it is advised not to take it for longer than two consecutive months.
